Ordering Online
Once you complete your order through our website, our system is immediately notified. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your item(s) will be shipped directly from the USA with tracked, signed-for delivery.
Returns
We hope you'll love everything you order from Shopsky USA, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — you have 14 days to return your item or exchange it for a different size or color.
We offer a full refund via the original payment method, provided that:

Items are returned clean, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

A copy of your receipt is enclosed with the return.

Shipping USA is not responsible for lost return parcels or the cost of returning/exchanging goods.
Please note: Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in physical retail stores.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please allow sufficient time for the parcel to reach our warehouse (especially during peak periods, returns may take longer to process).
Exchanges & Cancellations
You may only exchange or cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order must be returned at your own expense.
Postage charges will only be refunded if:

The order is cancelled before shipment, or

The delivery was not made within the promised timeframe.
Restrictions & Taxes for International Deliveries
All products are shipped from the United States, and Shop Sky LTD covers all applicable customs duties and taxes for deliveries to the United Kingdom — these are already included in your invoice.
However, please note:

EU customers may still be subject to local duties, taxes, or fees depending on their country’s import laws.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or MPS addresses.

All deliveries require a signature.

If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We do not mark any orders as “gifts.”
