Cancellation Instructions – Right to Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period starts from the date you placed your order.

Your cancellation will be considered timely if your notification is sent before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

Return Conditions

Please try items on carefully. If you choose to return something, make sure it meets the following return conditions:

• Clean (no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains)

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• All original tags attached

Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.

We accept unworn merchandise returned within 14 days, along with your original receipt and tags.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will promptly refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs). Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We may, however, delay the refund until we receive the returned items or until you provide proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

You are required to return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The return period is respected if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.

You will not be liable for any loss in value unless the product was handled beyond what is necessary to check its condition, features, or functionality.

Payment by Credit Card

We accept credit card payments for all online purchases.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card. Please note that refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank's processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite or influence this timeline.
